1. Technical and Qualitative Characteristics

This procurement is carried out to support the implementation of the “Biathlon” module within the model curriculum “Physical Education. Grades 7–9”. To ensure the educational process, the following items are required:

LOT № 1 – «Educational and Sports Shooting Equipment»

The educational and sports shooting equipment includes pneumatic rifles and related accessories.
The set consists of PCP-type air rifles (caliber 4.5 mm) with low shooting energy (intended for educational use in shooting ranges or specially equipped areas), as well as high-pressure pumps, air pellets, isolon mats, and air dryers for the pumps.

LOT № 2 – «Educational and Sports Biathlon Equipment»

The educational and sports biathlon equipment includes items necessary for conducting biathlon training sessions.
The set consists of biathlon shooting targets for air rifles with five targets and 35 mm openings in metal constructions made of steel. It also includes three-level wooden prone shooting supports and paper targets.

The equipment will be used exclusively for educational purposes, in strict compliance with safety requirements and the regulations on the use of pneumatic weapons (Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs № 622).

2. Expected Value

The expected value of the procurement was determined based on a market price analysis and commercial proposals, and is accepted as the justified cost.

LOT № 2  «Educational and Sports Biathlon Equipment: UAH 2 450 000 (including VAT)»

Total expected procurement value: UAH 11 375 500 (including VAT)

3. Budget Allocation

The procurement is financed from the State Budget of Ukraine under the budget program KPK 3401220 “Development of Physical Culture, Elite and Reserve Sports”, with the use of KЕКV 2210/3110, in accordance with the nomenclature.
