Workout is a training system on outdoor grounds that combines strength exercises using one’s own body weight. This sport is aimed at developing physical endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Exercises include pull-ups, push-ups, planks, and other elements performed on horizontal bars, parallel bars, and other simple structures.
Workout is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level, and promotes a healthy lifestyle and active leisure in the open air.
