Running is the simplest and one of the most effective forms of physical activity.

The first and most important aspect of running is maintaining physical fitness and improving overall endurance.

Activities in running clubs do not require any special equipment, making them an excellent way to promote and expand active leisure among the general public.

To find the club nearest to you, select a region. After that, you will be able to choose a community. If your region or community is not listed, it means that a club has not yet opened in your area. You can try searching in neighboring communities.
